The results showed air electrode ( 1cm2 ) which had been optimized exhibited good performance that short circuit current of aluminum / air battery was as high as 380ma and the polarization potential was diminished from 0 . 259v to 0 . 212v at 60ma / cm2 when the concentration of salt electrolyte was 2mol / l 以2mol / l的食盐溶液为电解液，采用优化工艺制备的空气电极为阴极( 1cm ~ 2 ) ，铝合金为阳极，测得电池的最大短路电流超过380ma 。在电流密度为60ma / cm ~ 2时，极化电位为0 . 212v ，与优化前所制备的空气电极相比，极化电位降低20 。
